These four starters take less than one hour, but they’ll make a really big impact in how the rest of the day goes!

1 - Eat breakfast together – yogurt, toast, eggs, oatmeal, cold pizza, whatever! - just do it together and have a few minutes of conversation about something besides chores or school,
2 - Remember devotions – chances are you can get through the day on your own strength, but with a daily renewal of your mind you can do so much more than “get through the day,”
3 - “Blitz clean” the kitchen and living area – the day just goes better once this is done,
4 - Pray together specifically for today’s schoolwork – whatever the needs are for each particular day, pray together for God to meet them - you need His wisdom and knowledge given from Him.
